(“Client”, “you”, “your”) and The UEServices. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, customers, visitors, and users who access or use any of our home warranty plans, services, or related platforms.

2. Nature of Services

The UEServices provides home warranty coverage, appliance and system protection, emergency repair coordination, and related support services.
All deliverables and service confirmations are communicated through internet-based methods including, but not limited to, email, customer portals, or direct phone contact.

Service Fulfillment Timeline:
Service requests are typically assigned to a technician within 1 hour on average and scheduled for resolution within 24–48 hours, depending on urgency and availability.
Warranty plan purchases and contract confirmations are fulfilled within 1 to 7 business days unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.

3. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials provided on our website or within service documentation—including but not limited to written content, graphics, policies, and digital resources—remain the
exclusive intellectual property of The UEServices or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or republish our materials without permission.
• Use our content or brand materials for resale or redistribution.
• Modify or create derivative works based on our services, policies, or materials.

Violation of this section may result in legal action, including civil damages and injunctive relief.

4. Confidentiality & Security

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any account login details, policy information, or secure documents provided during the course of service.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your credentials. Sharing account details or protected materials with third parties without
written consent from The UEServices is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services or website to:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse The UEServices staff or representatives.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for violations, with or without notice.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• New warranty plan purchases may be eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are processed only for eligible products/services explicitly marked as refundable.
• Once services such as technician dispatch, emergency repairs, or claim processing have commenced, fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The UEServices disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted availability or guaranteed response time.
• Error-free or defect-free service outcomes.

While we strive for timely and professional service delivery, certain factors (such as technician availability, third-party vendors, or client-provided access) may impact timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The UEServices be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, income, or data.
• Business interruption or delays.
• Secondary damage resulting from appliance/system failures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the 30-day period prior to the claim.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State of Registration], United States of America,
